The starter went out again so the car was towed and key drop off. When the car was put on the truck I could see red fluid coming down the frame of the car. I had been charged for a transmission seal . The dripping was actually the power steering! I could see it why couldn?t the service crew? So, over 2000$ later, my car is still leaking somewhere because the fluid is coming from the power steering reservoir that had I not checked it over thanksgiving holiday it would have run dry. So, I see there?s still wheel weights and tire stems being thrown around because the service people are too lazy to use a garbage can! Snd dancing around to rap music is more important then paying attention to the work being done to cars that can kill people! A wrecked up old car has been in the parking lot with the tail pipe hanging out from underneath it and its windows broken! While the sign for stop off says put a smile face on your dash or your car( that looks like a working car) will be towed away! My car was left with the parking brake off because that?s just too much trouble to do I guess, and safety means nothing, and it was left with the doors open not locked again I guess it was too much trouble for them to do this! I could have had my car ransacked the registration stollen and a guy sleeping inside for all they cared, not a bit! And I have to take the car back! Last time I got it back it was again covered with grease all over the headlights which were damaged the visit before and not fixed just huffed off and I?m going to look over my bill if I was charged for that I?m going to demand a refund on that and if I don?t we can go to small claims court ! I have been a really good customer spent a lot of money here and always paid off my bill on the spot I should be valued! I certainly do not feel valued! And you better speak fast your counter guy Andrew hangs up the phone on you! What a crew! It really needs a overhaul itself!!! Lousy!....
